Community Storehouse is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the elimination of poverty and hunger in Southside Virginia, since 2001.

The agency serves the unemployed, underemployed, elderly, disabled, homeless, and otherwise disadvantaged primarily in Martinsville & Henry County, Virginia.

To date, over 22,000 individuals have benefited from our food program alone; that's over 180,000 boxes of groceries that's fed hungry families!

Our newest program, Food for Kids wrapped up its first year with over 8,000 bags distributed to over 300 student participants!
